📦 What You’ll Receive
A whole beef order yields approximately 15.4 cubic feet of packaged meat — equivalent to 8 large freezer trays.
Tray dimensions: 28″ L × 17″ W × 7″ H (≈1.9 cu ft each)

Each order includes a variety of cuts, all individually packaged and labelled for convenience. Final selection depends on your custom cutting instructions.

$5.50/lb, based on hot hanging weight
Your final price will vary depending on the animal’s size and the cuts selected. We’ll provide an estimate and work with you to finalise your preferences prior to processing.

Our beef is processed twice per year:
Spring Harvest – Reserve by March
Fall Harvest – Reserve by September
